In the book of Eph. we find that God set within the church what we today call the 5 fold ministry,the church being located under the roof of every family with the fathers of each home being the pastors. However the bishop and decon was not created by God but by the apostle Paul as he saw a need than had to be met. Now all of Gods spiritual needs for the church was met by this 5 fold ministry and no other was needed so what was this need that Paul saw that needed to be met? Technical Support , BOOKKEEPERS,runners of odd tasks. All these things that were needed to help a very busy and growing church,wife of Jesus Christ. This was a very important task but as far as being over anyone it was within the homes with the fathers as the pastors that a headship  by God and not any religoun was created.
